Price Range: $490 blank with fin to $820 with double Animals
Lengths: 66”, 67”, 68”, 70”
Notable Features: Due to the sharper bevels in the forebody of the CDX and the thinner side profile of this ski, the CDX is more stable and predictable than other skis of this caliber. The CDX offers the aerospace aluminum top, which dampens the CDX just enough to give the skier a smooth ride in rough water and helps to create controlled acceleration and deceleration. For 2002, the CDX is built with a new elastic resin matrix laced into HO’s custom-woven carbon fiber to give the ski some extra snap at the finish of the turn.
Best Suited For: Tournament and open-water skiers alike.
