SkiWarm is making its run at fashion and function this year with the Curl Girl line of wetsuits and accessories. The Curl Girl line is a little bit retro – for those of you who remember the television show That Girl, think of Marlo Thomas hitting the water. (Even the logo looks a bit like the show's trademark opening graphic.)
But Curl Girl suits also rely on the proven durability and comfort of the SkiWarm brand and are hardly to be taken as lightly as they look. The lightweight nylon/neoprene of the Curl Girl shorty and sleeveless wetsuits is held together with six-thread flat-lock stitching, which makes the seams strong. And if you're one of those women who is always cold, the suits are form-fitted to women's sizes 4-12, keeping the warming layer close to the body. The sleeveless suit is particularly practical for slalom runs, with its generous neck and arm openings.
The Curl Girl line can also be mixed and matched with a variety of shorts, crop tops, pullovers and buoyancy vests, which can be ordered in any of six
colors (key lime, yellow, atom red, black, chlorine and violet).
