This move looks easy, but it's actually pretty tricky. It's not an intense maneuver, but it is super-technical. It's a good way to get the feeling of a blind rotation and a handle pass. When you pull it off, people on the boat won't know what you just did.
Come into the wake on a medium edge and get a good pop off the wake; begin your rotation only after you've come completely off the wake. Turn your head and shoulders to the right (if you're left-foot-forward) and pass the handle behind your back – keeping the handle low and in close to the small of your back. Give a slight tug on the rope to tighten the line and complete your rotation, spot your landing and stomp it. Grab it once you feel confident with the maneuver.
