you ever wished upon a star to own the same tournament ski boat
that pulls the Masters and the Worlds, but with more passenger
room? Well, dreams do come true, especially in the magical kingdom
of Orlando, where Correct Craft is based. Seemingly with the wave
of a wand — poof! — you get the Ski Nautique 206.
new for 2003, this inboard has the same TSC2 hull that slalom champ
Andy Mapple and company engineers released on last year’s Ski
Nautique 196. The reverse chines, spray-relief pockets, dispersion
tunnel and performance strakes allow the open-bow model to produce

most demanding of skiers in tow. The captain of this helm has
features that don’t allow excuses for bad driving. A
form-fitting driver’s seat, wide armrest and perfectly placed
throttle allow instant speed corrections. The driver also gets one
of the most technologically advanced gauge packages in the industry
with the Smart Pod, which can relay diagnostic engine information
to the driver.
Designed with a true walk-through to the open bow, those
fanatics have the run of the boat. With a storage capacity that
includes a 10-cubic-foot rear locking trunk with electric release
hatches, an in-floor locker and deep storage under the
passenger’s seat, equipment clutter should never be a
concern. Refreshments also have a place to chill in a dual-access
Making no sacrifices here, the Ski Nautique 206 can take you to
new levels of skiing performance in a family-friendly package,
especially with upgrades to the engine, stereo and color, among
other features, in the Limited package. So stop dreaming and wake
up to reality.
