The magnificent Lago los Morros site on the outskirts of Santiago, Chile, created the perfect mix of thrills and heartbreak at the 33rd World Waterski Championships, held November 26-Dec. 1.
The 33rd World Water Ski Championships will go down in the record books as one of the most exciting and highest scoring worlds in the history of the sport.
The U.S. Elite Water Ski Team won the overall team gold medal and four U.S. water ski athletes combined to win five individual gold medals in respective events at the 33rd Water Ski World Championships, Nov. 26-Dec. 1, at Lago Los Morros in San Bernardo, Chile.
Heavy-hitting slalom turns, violent crashes, candid moments, epic jumps, and other glimpses of day at a water-ski event.
